The Facility
Storage is available Seasonally, Monthly or Year-round. Year-round storage allows in/out options that allow you to drive and store during the summer
months. Winter Storage is the period from Nov 1 thru April 30.
Climate Controlled
Temperature Controlled Facility maintains 53-58 degrees through the winter storage months.
Secure Building
Our facility is electronically monitored for temperature, smoke and break-in through ProTech Security. We are located within the Rockland Industrial Park which is patrolled by the local police department. Night Security/Motion exterior lights have also been installed.
24,000 Sq Ft Storage Facility
We maintain general liability insurance on our facility. We require renters to maintain comprehensive and storage insurance on their vehicle during the rental period.

By lifting the car off the ground, we prevent flat spotting in tires from prolonged sitting, ensuring that your vehicle remains in optimal condition for when you're ready to drive it again. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that keeps your car in top shape, ready for action at any time.
Insurance & Liability Disclaimer
Insurance Requirement
Customer agrees to maintain, at their sole expense, active and valid comprehensive automobile insurance coverage on any vehicle stored with MidCoast Auto Storage for the full duration of the storage period. Proof of such insurance shall be provided upon request.
Facility Insurance
MidCoast Auto Storage maintains insurance coverage applicable to its operations as a storage facility; however, such insurance does not provide coverage for loss of or damage to Customer vehicles or their contents.
Limitation of Liability
MidCoast Auto Storage shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, fire, vandalism, weather-related damage, or any other damage to or loss of Customer vehicles or personal property contained therein, regardless of cause, except to the extent required by applicable law.
Customer Assumption of Risk
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all vehicles are stored at the Customer’s sole risk. Customer’s insurance shall be the primary and exclusive source of recovery for any loss or damage.
