The Facility
Storage is available Seasonally, Monthly or Year-round. Year-round storage allows in/out options that allow you to drive and store during the summer
months. Winter Storage is the period from Nov 1 thru April 30.
Climate Controlled
Temperature Controlled Facility maintains 53-58 degrees through the winter storage months.
Secure Building
Our facility is electronically monitored for temperature, smoke and break-in through ProTech Security. We are located within the Rockland Industrial Park which is patrolled by the local police department. Night Security/Motion exterior lights have also been installed.
24,000 Sq Ft Storage Facility
We maintain general liability insurance on our facility. We require renters to maintain comprehensive and storage insurance on their vehicle during the rental period.

MidCoast Auto Storage is the premier solution for off-season boat storage. With easy access and space for boats up to 14 feet tall on their trailer. You can trust us to keep your boat in optimal condition and ready for the water when the season starts. Our facility is a warm, dry and rodent free 24,000 square foot building, your boat could not be in a better place!
